Micheal Nixon joins Textum as Manufacturing Manager

Belmont, NC – Micheal Nixon has recently joined Textum as Manufacturing Manager. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Nixon worked for Firestone Fibers & Textiles in Kings Mountain, North Carolina as a process engineer for industrial products. Nixon’s work experience includes time with Milliken as a production manager where he was responsible for warping and texturizing. He was also project leader, dye engineer, and quality specialist for National Textiles in Greenwood, SC. Nixon holds a B.S. in Textile Engineering with minor in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
